Hilltop-Mail - Email Marketing Pricing

An invoice for your Hilltop-Mail account will be emailed to the account holder at the beginning of each month based on the previous months transactions once you have upgraded or 'activated' your account . You can refer to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page if you require further information on our Billing and cancellation policies.

When using Hilltop-Mail email marketing solutions there are 2 pricing variables from which you monthly invoice is calculated (Monthly access fee + Per Email Send Costs as indicated below):

  • Monthly access fees which relate to a daily peak database size during each month. The peak database size is calculated from the total number of records across all databases.
  • Email send costs which relate to the fees associated with sending emails. Use our campaign calculator below to realise the benefits of using this very cost effective 'do-it-yourself' email marketing tool.
